Xinhe possesses its own chemical laboratory, therefore, Xinhe can change the matte degree, release force, material size, ink adsorption and any other properties by adjusting the proportion of different kinds of components to satisfy the customization needs.
Surface matte finish
Each model of our transfer films has a fixed matte finish, and we will produce the bulk products according to fixed formula. We can also change the coating formula to adjust the effects of the matte if our customers have especial requirements.
Smoothness (hot peel or cold peel degree)
The degree of smoothing could be adjusted according to the client’s demands. For instance, Japanese customers require relatively tighter release force due to the use of the native ink; while other countries prefer a moderate release force, neither too loose, nor too tight; in addition, the tightness of the film is also related to the kinds of ink. The release force of the film needs to be adjusted higher in the standard value when using the thermosetting ink.
As client in different countries require different printing areas, we can produce different sizes in accordance with the customer’s requirements. Our normal size is: 64x48cm, 39x54cm, 50x70cm, and it can be made into rolls and the width can be customized.
How to use
Customers could choose hot/cold peel materials according to the needs of production.
Xinhe can supply hot peel or cold peel transfer printing materials that are suitable for common ink (water-based ink, oil-based ink) and silicone ink.
Different types of equipment has to meet the different requirements for the use of different materials, such as automatic printing machine and digital printing machine need films without self-adhesion, and color printing machine needs the films that could be able to complete the one-time printing. So long as you tell us the characteristics and types of your printing equipment, we can soon provide you the corresponding transfer printing materials.
